CRMM

ESR Customer Relationship Management & Maintenance Support (CRMM) was established to deliver an integrated customer support services designed to ensure customer success in the exploiting GIS/ RS and information technology project. CRMM plays an integral role in the overall business approach of Espatial by providing installation, field service, operating system support and all engineering support for all products distributed and marketed by ESR. Besides the above CRMM also maintains Third Party Multi-Vendor products and Services.

System Integration

ESR are authorized distributor/dealer for software and hardware such as Servers, PC, Workstations, Scanners, Printers, Office Automation, Networking Solution and others. In the case of software, we provide experts of different discipline to accomplish any specific tasks in software development and system integration.

Geospatial Solutions

ESR have experience in providing LiDAR Mapping Services, GeoSAR Technology, Iwane Technology, Geospatial Based Decision Support System, Spatial Visualization Systems, Airborne Laser Survey Systems, Utility Mapping Systems, Remote Sensing Satellite Ground Receiving Antenna System, Weather Decision Support System, Geospatial Based Plantation Management System, Digital Photographic Processing System.

Bureau Services

ESR specialized in RS and GIS Data Processing & Analysis also in conversion services, converting hard copy based maps into digital form which are compatible to computer processing and conversion of text database into document imaging and bureau services for scanning and data conversion even at remote sites.
